Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge. At this time, Sonnet James offers USPS return labels only for return addresses inside the United States. Please click HERE to process your return and request a free US return label. Orders shipped back on your own expense will only be refunded for the items returned, excluding the shipping cost.
Orders from outside the U.S. will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sonnet James reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
Our ultimate goal is satisfying our customers. We hope the 45 days gives you enough time to return your item but we know that sometimes returns take longer than planned. We are happy to work with you.
GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on sonnetjames.com may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. You may also exchange merchandise for a Sonnet James Gift Card.
At this time we currently don't offer exchanges. We happily ask that you place a new order for your desired items in correct sizing so that they don't sell out. Then upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Sonnet James will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A SONNET JAMES GIFT CARDOur standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Sonnet James Gift Card. We will re-apply the returned amount back onto the original Gift Card.
All international returns will be done at the customers expense. We ask for all international customers to insure the items being returned with your mail provider of choice.
