I chose this particular factory because it had great lighting for the employees and good ventilation. It has large garage doors that opened along the side of the warehouse. The employees are paid fairly and are happy. Although this factory was almost double the price of some of its competitors in the area, I felt strongly about supporting them and working with them because of how they treat their employees.
