I got this dress so that I can teach all day, but I was taking a risk with the cut because I am a skinny-limbed, big bellied girl. I can say that this dress would look good on most body types. My large-hipped friends could rock this dress just like I can because the cut is impeccably thoughtful. The material is a surprisingly hefty fabric- light enough to wear comfortably, but thick enough to lay over your body flaws instead of bunching around it. I will wear this often, and I know it will last a long time. Really impressed.
